My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find my room dirty with hair on the floor, which clearly indicated a lack of proper cleaning. When I requested a room change, the options provided were not only musty but also reeked of solvent, making me feel even more uncomfortable. To top it all off, the restaurant staff was rude, and I couldn't get any help at the spa due to a lack of personnel. This stay was an absolute disappointment.

Light seeped in from the hallway, which was a bit distracting at night despite the room's blackout capabilities. a spare towel rolled under the door fixed that easily. The only other downside is the limited parking access behind the hotel, best suited for smaller vehicles due to narrow passages.
