The peace and serenity within the hotel, that i got what i wanted to a rather fair price.
Bad beds and the hotel us applying harsh swiss laws, anyone under 18 needs parental approval where the legal guardian needs to send copies of his/hers and the persons passport along with a note. (Not needed at any other hotel such as The Ambassador or Metropole),

They gave a classic renovated room with nice view, comfy bed, for example as we booked. The location was great: a shopping area and a convenience shop were within walking distance.

The Hotel Bristol is elegantly decorated. The lobby and common areas are spacious and well-lit, with easy navigation. My room was beautifully appointed, contributing to a good stay.
More specialized amenities for seniors would be beneficial.

The Bristol's location is excellent, close to the lake, der Altstadt and shops. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The spa is just wonderful.
No outside like a terras and the bar is a little stiff.

Large room - after recent repairs, there is a coffee machine, water. Nice bathroom, slippers, bathrobes. hotel is ideally located. Give free passes for public transport, you can get to the airport free of charge

Location and amenities were fantastic - a true 4 star hotel.
Staff was aloof, not overly interested in hotel guests. Breakfast was also pricey.

The breakfast especially as a harpist played. It was easy to walk to the lake, train station, the old part of the town and other amenities. Staff were very helpful.
I wish there had been a clasical radio station. This does not directly affect the hotel.

I liked how helpful the concierge was. The staff was very friendly. The room facilities were good and the shower was very clean. Cleanliness all through out the hotel was maintained which is a plus point. The hotel is located closer to the bus and train stations. Hence, it was really easy to get around during my business trip to Geneva for ebace.

My room was upgraded for the same price; I liked the service level a lot; the hotel is really customer-oriented!
I'd prefer to have more space for my belonings in the room/esp.bathroom - shelves, etc; Also I'd appreciate deserts/snacks in the lobby bar after 22/23(?) :)
